Through the past years, the inspection of the drainages’ condition has become an important feature for the management of sewages and of highways’ drainages. Researches that are being conducted produce a large amount of data that needs to be recorded and archived. The “Manual of Sewer Condition Classification” was first published in 1980, to provide a national standard defect coding system for this type of works. The inspection system used by our company meets all the requirements of this manual.

Inspection procedure
Once the pipeline is being cleaned, it is ready for inspection with the use of a remote controlled robotic camera (CCTV camera). The camera is inserted into the pipe and follows commands from the control center of the inspection van. The camera’s route, its exact position at each time, the pipe’s inclination and the temperature are recorded on a video. The computer then analyzes the information received by the camera and associates them with data provided by special sensors in the vehicle. What follows the end of the process is the system delivering  extensively charts concerning the condition of the pipelines and printing images of the points that are identified as having some problems.

add-on systems for lateral lining and sectional or point repairs. Our company uses a fast and selective method
for the reparation of any defective parts in the pipes.

The CIPP (cured in place pipe) technology rehabilitates aging or damaged pipelines by constructing a new liner inside an existing host pipe. Some of the conditions that require CIPPrehabilitation include broken pipes, infiltration, and protruding connections. The materials we use have excellent chemical and abrasion resistance and are very resistant in moisture.
